The Auburn Office Space building is built for office work in an intentional design that offers beauty, comfort, efficiency, quietness & privacy yet openness to the inside of the office and outside. 

It is owned by Jack Johnson as a place for our company Storage World and for others like us that need a place to have good meetings and an office to get things done; designed for us humans to thrive.

This is a special office. The design is open yet private. It is fully furnished, ready to go to work. The Designer is an Auburn University graduate in Interior Design; this is her 2nd iteration of this building. She brought in the open truss for volume & high windows to enjoy the outdoors. The large furnished terrace is a place you can work outdoors with a cool cantilevered sun shade fabric with a high perch for enjoying 270 degree views. 

There is a roomy closed door Conference Room with table to seat up to 12, a monitor and all the professional appointments are there ready to go. 

The Construction of the office is full of design elements that lead to quality. The exterior brick walls are 6” stud framed with foam insulation, the windows are commercial grade with Solar Ban 60 which repels radiant heat in summer but allows it to penetrate in the cooler winter temperatures. Dual glass panes make an air gap between for more energy efficiency and stop noise from outside. 

Every inside wall is insulated and has 5/8th inch thick sheetrock both sides. The Office, Conference Room and Bathrooms ceilings are insulated and have 2 layers of 5/8th sheetrock for sound control and privacy. 

The Breakroom is furnished & roomy and has lots of windows with great views. 

The large open Common Area room has a conference table, lounging area, serving area for catered events and includes all the common areas such as a terrace, restrooms and a break room for events by reservation. It will have its own monitor & conference table. Uplighting of the open trusses is provided for modern interior design.
